Returns

You have the option to return products up to 14 days after receiving your order.


How to return a product?

  1. Fill out the Return Form that we included in your order confirmation email.

  2. Register the return in the "MY ORDERS" section of your customer profile.

  3. In the "MY RETURNS" section of your customer profile, you will see information about the registered return with the status "WAITING FOR AUTHORIZATION". Wait for the return to be authorized by our store. When the return gets the status "WAITING FOR PACKAGE", print the return confirmation, attach it to the package and send the package to our address given in the return form.

What happens after the return?

  1. Verification of the shipment - in the Returns Department we will check the conformity of its contents with the received Return Form. After positive verification, you will receive information from us to the email address provided in the order.

  2. Refund - you will receive the funds by the same route by which the order was paid:
    • BLIK/PayU/PayPal/CreditCard - return through these services within 1-2 days after the verification is completed,
    • payment on delivery or by traditional bank transfer - return to the account specified in the Return Form within 5 days after the completion of verification.

  3. Correction of the purchase document - you will receive a corrected bill or invoice by e-mail.
