T4W 1K Acryl Clear Coat GLOSS spray / 400ml

High-quality clear lacquer for painting small parts and SPOT REPAIR.
The varnish has very good leveling, high gloss and increased resistance to UV and external influences.
In contrast to cheap Chinese spray clearcoats, our aerosols are filled with real clearcoat used in car painting.
Ideal for covering basecoats and all other varnishes that require additional protection against external agents.
The rotary nozzle allows you to adjust the shape of the spray.
Ensures durability of the coating for years.
The characteristic feature of the lacquer is the high gloss and the much higher hardness of the coating than in competing products.

Directions for use:

1. Clean and degrease the surface to be repaired.
2. Protect adjacent components that are not to be painted, e.g. with varnish tape MTE80.
3. Shake the can vigorously for approx. 2 min. to thoroughly mix the clearcoat with the propellant.
4. Test aerosol on test surface or invisible part.
5. Apply 2-3 coats of clearcoat from a distance of approx. 20-30 cm, allowing time for evaporation between coats.
6. The coating is dry after approx. 2 hours; after a day it is suitable for polishing.
7. If you are painting with freshly painted base code, wait until it becomes matt before painting with clearcoat.

Tips:

• Always test on a sample surface before application
• When finished, turn the can upside down and press the valve for a few seconds. This will clean the nozzle and valve of any paint residue and you will be able to enjoy the colour to the end of the can without the nozzle drying out.
• The thinner the layers of paint, the better. It is always better to apply an extra layer than to risk streaks.
• Take your time and let each layer evaporate, as applying successive coats too quickly risks paint defects such as peeling or streaking.
• Remember that the ambient temperature plays an important role: If it is higher than 25 degrees Celsius or lower than 15 degrees Celsius, the drying time must be taken into account.
• Never paint in direct sunlight or in hot weather.
• Remember that the thickness of the coating and the humidity also affect the evaporation of subsequent coats!
