High-quality acrylic spray lacquer. Forms a hard protective coating, resistant to mechanical damage and the effects of physical and chemical agents as well as UV radiation. Has high covering power. A fast-drying paint that can be used for painting metal, aluminium, glass, paper, stone and wood surfaces, as well as plastics (a primer may be necessary). It has a rotary nozzle that allows the spray pattern to be adjusted.
Unlike most "Chinese" aerosols, we use high quality acrylic resin-based varnishes, which, unlike alkyd enamels or nitrocellulose varnishes, provide superior film durability and protection against external agents.
Main applications:
Paint repairs, detail painting and body colour changes;
Wheel lacquering;
Furniture painting;
Decorative and DIY projects;
Painting of bicycles and sports equipment;
Coating repairs on machinery, tools and equipment, including agricultural and horticultural equipment;
Properties:
Quick-drying
Protects against UV radiation and weathering
Durable finish resistant to mechanical damage
High-quality paint on an acrylic resin base
Precise and even application through the use of a rotary nozzle
High covering power
Application method:
The surface to be painted should be clean and dry, a silicone remover may be required to degrease the surface.
Do not forget to protect adjacent parts with masking tape MTE80 or a special adhering anti-static film with T4W-TM tape.
Metal surfaces exposed to corrosion should first be protected with an acrylic or epoxy primer, plastic parts require a special primer for plastic.
Before use, the aerosol can should be shaken vigorously for 1-2 minutes to thoroughly mix the varnish. If the spray can has been stored in cold conditions, it may be necessary to warm it up, e.g. in warm water, so that the temperature inside is approx. 20-25°C. This will ensure even application of the paint. This will ensure an even application of the paint and the nozzle will not "splash".
Check the correctness of the colour, the spraying method on a test surface, e.g. a piece of cardboard or an invisible surface.
Apply the paint from a distance of about 30cm, in thin layers, allowing the thinners to evaporate before applying the next layer. Apply successive coats until fully covered, using a cross-spray pattern.
Evaporation time between coats depends on ambient temperature and thickness of coats, standard is 3-7 minutes.
Main features:
Acrylic resin-based varnish, not nitrocellulose or alkyd enamel-based like most aerosols
High hardness and resistance to external chemical and mechanical influences
Quick drying
High performance
Equipped with rotary nozzle
High-quality aerosol filled with high-quality acrylic lacquer used in bodyshops
Tips:
Always test on a test surface before application
When finished, turn the can upside down and press the valve for a few seconds.
This will clean the nozzle and valve of any paint residue and you will be able to enjoy the colour to the end of the can without the nozzle drying out.
The thinner the layers of paint, the better. It is always better to apply an extra layer than to risk streaks.
Take your time and let each layer evaporate, as applying successive coats too quickly risks paint defects such as peeling or streaks.
Remember that the ambient temperature plays an important role: If it is higher than 25 degrees Celsius or lower than 15 degrees Celsius, the drying time must be taken into account.
Never paint in direct sunlight or in hot weather.
Remember that the thickness of the coating and the humidity also affect the evaporation of subsequent coats!
